1. To use our services, you must register for an account. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
2. You are strictly permitted to register and maintain only one account per person or organisation. Multiple accounts registered by the same user or associated with the same individual are strictly prohibited.
3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor account creation, verify user identities, and suspend or terminate any duplicate or unauthorized accounts. Any violation of this policy may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts without compensation or notice.
4. By creating a customer account, requesting a domain name or activating any of our service, you agree to indemnify Kudos Solutions Limited for any action taken against us including reasonable legal fees arising from a breach of these terms in any way for supplying you with these services.
5. You are responsible for keeping your password and login details secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. You agree that Kudos Solutions Limited may make charges against your supplied credit card for any service or domain name renewal costs. Where you have been provided with a charge account you agree to pay Kudos Solutions Limited the charged amount by the 20th day of the month following the date of invoice.
7. Until all charges have been paid your domain name will not be released by Kudos Solutions Limited for activation on another DNS server.
8. You must cancel any domain name at least 10 business days prior to the billing renewal date or you will be required to pay for the further subscription term specified for that domain.
9. You agree to promptly update your information details held on our site. This includes (but is not limited to) ensuring the supplied email address is always active and your mail is regularly checked and that your credit card details are current.
10. By requesting a domain name you agree to any Terms and Conditions in place by the Domain Registry applicable to the requested domain name. In general kudos.net.nz is empowered to accept these Terms and Conditions on your behalf but you are still responsible not to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. This agreement will be enforced according to the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand Courts shall have jurisdiction.
12. While every effort is made to provide a reliable trouble free service, Kudos Solutions Limited makes no guarantee as to availability of services.
